Driver’s Agreement

Standard Insurance

DRIVER hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions for driving a Superspeed Orlando car(s) on the Circuit Florida racetrack located at 150 Raceway Drive, Auburndale, FL. Circuit Florida may be referred to as “CF”, Superspeed Orlando as “SO” and “Facilities” shall include the racetrack and other site improvements.

DRIVER shall comply with all Circuit Florida and Superspeed Orlando rules and regulations and any specific requirements imposed by CF or SO staff at all times. DRIVER’S failure to comply with this paragraph may result in an immediate termination of DRIVER’S Experience(s) without a refund.

Use of the racetrack shall be at the sole and absolute risk of DRIVER. DRIVER agrees not to hold Circuit Florida, Inc., Superspeed Orlando nor Corsa CF Land, LLC (underlying property owner) liable for any accidents should they occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DRIVER shall indemnify and hold harmless Circuit Florida, Inc., Superspeed Orlando, and Corsa CF Land, LLC, together with each entity’s respective agents, employees, contractors, successors and assigns from and against any and all injuries, claims, damages, losses and expenses, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, arising out of or resulting from DRIVER’S use of the Facilities and racetrack.

DRIVER shall be liable to CF for the cost of repair and damage to the car(s) driven and/or to the Facilities and racetrack should it occur. Even if no immediate visible damage to a car is apparent, the following charges, in addition to actual repair costs, shall apply to DRIVER.

Two wheels off the racetrack: $200 • Four wheels off the racetrack: $300 • Vehicle hits cone: $500

Each Driving Experience includes $100,000 of vehicular insurance coverage with a DRIVER $10,000 deductible. DRIVER shall be responsible for the full deductible and any amount exceeding $100,000. In any such incident, DRIVER shall make payment to CF for the amount of the deductible before leaving the Facility. Thereafter, CF or SO shall return any unused portion of the paid deductible once the final determination of damage is made. DRIVER must provide his/her driver’s license upon check-in, with CF returning such upon completion of DRIVER’S Experience(s), or upon the payment of charges and deductible following a track incident should it occur.

On-Board Video — If DRIVER purchases the On-Board Video Add-On, a USB flash drive will be provided or a digital copy sent by email. If due to a technical issue or otherwise, the system fails to record DRIVER’S Experience(s), CF may refund the price of the On-Board Video. Under no circumstances will the cost of the Experience(s) be refunded, nor will DRIVER be afforded the opportunity to repeat the Experience(s) for free. If DRIVER purchased Experiences with multiple cars, no refund shall be provided if at least one car’s full video Experience is provided.

DRIVER consents to CF and SO videotaping with sound DRIVER’S Experience(s) including an in-car camera. DRIVER further consents to CF or SO’s use of its photo(s) or image(s) in connection with marketing or publicity that Superspeed Orlando may elect to do. If participating in a 3, 4 or 6 lap Driving Experience with either a 2026 Lotus Emira or 2026 Mazda MX-5, DRIVER allows CF to provide its contact information to Lotus USA, Mazda Lakeland or Classic Mazda.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any litigation arising in connection with this Agreement must occur within the Polk County, Florida, court system. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees from the non-prevailing party.

By checking the Driver’s Agreement box at checkout, DRIVER acknowledges and accepts the above terms and conditions.

Rider’s Agreement

RIDER, or the person signing below, hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions for sitting passenger or having their minor child sit passenger, for a Superspeed Orlando Supercar Ride-Along Experience on the Circuit Florida racetrack located at 150 Raceway Drive, Auburndale, FL. Circuit Florida may be referred to as “CF”, Superspeed Orlando as “SO” and “Facilities” shall include the racetrack and other site improvements.

RIDER shall comply with all Circuit Florida and Superspeed Orlando rules and regulations and any specific requirements imposed by CF or SO staff at all times.

All CF or SO driving instructors providing Ride-Along Experiences hold either a racing competition license or an instructor-level certification. However, despite being an experienced, qualified driver, accidents are possible on a racetrack. RIDER, or if RIDER is a minor under 18 years of age, a parent of RIDER, agrees not to hold Circuit Florida, Inc., Superspeed Orlando nor Corsa CF Land, LLC (underlying property owner) liable for any accidents should they occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the person(s) signing this document shall indemnify and hold harmless Circuit Florida, Inc., Superspeed Orlando, and Corsa CF Land, LLC, together with each entity’s respective agents, employees, contractors, successors and assigns from and against any and all injuries, claims, damages, losses and expenses, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, arising out of or resulting from RIDER’S Supercar Ride-Along Experience(s) today.

On-Board Video — If RIDER purchases the On-Board Video Add-On, a USB flash drive will be provided or a digital copy sent by email. If due to a technical issue or otherwise, the system fails to record RIDER’S Experience(s), CF may refund the price of the On-Board Video. Under no circumstances will the cost of the Experience(s) be refunded, nor will RIDER be afforded the opportunity to repeat the Experience(s) for free.

RIDER consents to CF and SO videotaping with sound RIDER’s Experience(s) including an in-car camera. RIDER further consents to CF or SO’s use of its photo(s) or image(s) in connection with marketing or publicity that Superspeed Orlando may elect to do.

By checking the Rider’s Agreement box at checkout, RIDER, or in the case of a minor, a legal parent of RIDER, acknowledges and accepts the above terms and conditions.
