Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)
Are SUPERCAR experiences available year-round?
Yes, Superspeed Orlando operates year-round with availability almost every week. We operate over 100 days per year with booking available up to nine months in advance.
What type of racetrack will I be driving or riding on?
Your EXPERIENCE(s) will take place at the private Circuit Florida motorsports country club. The newly built, professionally designed 1.7 mile racetrack features 40 feet of elevation change (116 feet corner-to-corner), 6 right turns, 6 left turns and 3 long straights. The longest straight, named the “I4 straight” as it runs parallel to Interstate 4, measures 1,760 feet and capable of a 140 mph top speed. Our track’s asphalt is racetrack-grade.
Do you provide transportation services?
We do not offer transportation services but Uber and Lyft should be easily available from both Orlando and Tampa. We are a reasonable 38 minute drive from downtown Orlando and 42 minute drive from downtown Tampa. We are only 25 minutes from downtown Disney and 30 minutes from the Orange County Convention Center.
Can I stay overnight onsite at Circuit Florida?
Yes! Those who participate in an event at Circuit Florida including a Superspeed Orlando Experience may rent one of 8 available luxury condo units located onsite. Daily rates are $299 per night for studio units and $399 for two-bedroom units during peak season, and less during off-peak. Weekly rates are 20% less. Sales/hotel taxes are 12%.
Visit www.circuitflorida.com for more information on rental units or to BOOK a reservation. Stays as short as one night and up to two weeks can be reserved.
Can someone ride with me?
Unfortunately, no they cannot as our pro driving instructor will be sitting passenger. However, your guests can choose a RIDE-ALONG Experience, which are offered for ages 11 and older and at least 4′ 11″ tall. A RIDE-ALONG Experience includes sitting passenger for 3 fun laps around our racetrack while a CF pro driver shows you the limits of your chosen Supercar.
What is the minimum age and height I can be?
A DRIVING Experience requires drivers to be at least 18 years and must present a valid driver’s license from any State or country.
However, RIDE-ALONG Experiences can be enjoyed by anyone 11 years and older as long as they are at least 4’ 11” tall.
What if the English language is not my primary language?
There is no language requirement for RIDE-ALONG experiences. Our pro driver can communicate with the passenger (RIDER) through hand signals (such as thumbs up, thumbs down, etc.) if/as needed.
A basic proficiency of understanding the English language is required for DRIVING experiences. Certain commands such as “lift, brake, brake hard, turn, relax, last lap.” must be understood and reacted to by the driver, otherwise, the DRIVING experience may end early at the discretion of the Superspeed Orlando pro instructor, and without any refund nor prorated refund in such case.
If not having this minimum English proficiency, we can still accommodate on certain days depending on the language and our instructor schedule. We do have instructors who speak spanish and portuguese. If requiring a spanish or portuguese-speaking instructor, email us at [email protected] along with your desired date, time slot and what Supercar(s) you’d like to book.
Will there be any other charges than what has been represented?
Base vehicular insurance ($50,000 coverage, $10,000 deductible) is included for all DRIVING Experiences. An optional UPGRADE to $100,000 of vehicular coverage and $5,000 driver deductible is available at check-out for only $65.
All purchases are charged a 7% sales tax and 3% credit card processing fee. Tipping instructors is neither required nor expected.
Are there penalties if I do something wrong on the track?
Your professional instructor has two goals… your safety and fun. As a deterrent to ensure the safety of all drivers and instructors, the following fees will be charged if any of the following occur. If an incident occurs and the fees below are applied, we reserve the right to hold your driver’s license as collateral until all fees, including the insurance deductible if applicable, are settled.
• Two wheels off the track: $200
• Four wheels off the track: $300
• Vehicle hits a cone: $500
Can I paddle shift?
Paddle shifting is generally not recommended during DRIVING Experiences so drivers can focus on the track and their high-performance vehicle, but we will allow paddle shifting for proficient drivers.
Further, all Superspeed Orlando cars are equipped with automatic transmissions, with the exception of available 6-speed manual transmission options if driving either a 2026 Lotus Emira V6 SE or 2026 Mazda MX-5 Club.
Do I sign a waiver of liability?
Yes, all attendees at Superspeed Orlando, whether driving or solely watching as a guest, sign a liability waiver upon check-in on your event day. If driving, the waiver also includes the driver’s acknowledgement that they are responsible for any additional fees if driving off the racetrack, if vehicular damage occurs or damage to the facility. A copy of that waiver and acknowledgement form is HERE.
Do you allow ticket refunds or date changes?
- All ticket change requests must be in writing and emailed to [email protected]
- Change requests cannot be made by phone
